1998年成立博美娛樂集團有限公司，業務包括唱片公司、經理人公司、電影公司，十一年來，娛樂概念縱橫發展，今天博美在羅傑承先生帶領之下，業務層面更加廣闊，包括地產、財務融資、大型表演、體育娛樂、書籍出版、市場推廣及公關等，為香港娛樂事業的無國界發展定下新的詮釋。
羅先生於香港出生，小時候隨家人到澳門居住及接受教育，畢業後加入銀行界工作，其後開設公司代理歐洲汽車。九十年代回歸香港，從事多元化投資，包括地產、金融項目，更成立電影公司，曾投資逾百部電影。
羅先生一直熱衷音樂及體育，年青時嚮往「夾band」生活，亦熱愛運動。
將個人興趣發展成大眾娛樂事業，博美今天的多元化發展，源於羅先生對音樂及體育活動的熱誠。羅先生的管理哲學，是讓旗下藝人、球員及職員，寓娛樂於工作，各展所長，透過消閒娛樂產品及活動，為社會人士增添歡樂。
Mr Steven Lo established bma Entertainment Holdings Ltd in 1998. Its businesses included records, movie production and artist management. For the past 11 years, the concept of entertainment had grown and expanded. Today, under the leadership of Mr Lo, bma's businesses are broadened into property development, finance services, large-scale performance, sports entertainment, books publication, marketing, promotion and public relations etc. He has defined the new concept of borderless development of Hong Kong entertainment business.
Mr Lo was born in Hong Kong and was educated in Macau. After graduation, he worked in the banking industry and then started up his own business as European car's dealer. He returned to Hong Kong in the 1990s and involved in a varieties of investments including property and financial projects. He also set up a film company and invested in over 100 movies.
Mr Lo is enthusiastic about music and sports. When he was young, he enjoyed playing in a band and indulged in sports. Today, he has turned his hobbies into a business. The current diversified development of bma originated from Chairman Lo's passion for music and sports. His management philosophy is to lead his artists, sportsmen, and staff to merge entertainment into their work. He encourages their talent be maximized and utilized. And through entertainment products and activities, bma brings joy and fun to the society.
